Brittany {R} and Brianna {L} appeared in the pilot episode of Chicago Hope in 1994. This was the picture Dr. Geiger {Mandy Patinkin} saw of the girls, when he was asked to take on their case, to do separation surgery.

When Dr. Geiger first saw the girls, he was amazed, saying, "God in Heaven."

Brittany {R} and Brianna {L} played Marie and Patty Quinlann. The girls were conjoined near the liver, sharing some veins, arteries, and a bile duct, but no major organs.

Patty {Brianna, left} was the boss, according to the hospital social worker {Roma Maffia}. She said it was very easy to tell that she was the twin in charge.

The social worker also said it was clear that Patty {Brianna, left} and Marie {Brittany, right} loved each other a lot.

Mr. Quinlann (kissing Marie) said the first time he saw the girls, he thought they were monsters. However, it only took about 10 seconds and he was in love with his daughters. Pictured: Brianna {L} and Brittany {R}

Mrs. Quinlann nervously watched as the social worker played with the girls. She didn't want to sacrifice either girl just to have them separated.

The girls {Brianna on left, Brittany on Right} were wheeled into surgery together. When they left the OR, they would be separated.

Brianna (seen here) had less hair than Brittany did in the early months. They were about seven or eight months old when the pilot was filmed.

Brittany and Brianna didn't even cry when they were being "prepped" for surgery. They squirmed a bit, but were still fine. Soon after, two dolls stepped in for them.

Marie {Brittany} was the first baby out of OR. This was the first time her parents had seen her without her sister.

Patty {Brianna} came out of the OR next. There had been some additional complications in her surgery, but she came out of the OR doing very well.

Brittany with Arnold Schwarzenegger in Junior. It was filmed before the girls' first birthday and was released in November 1994. Brittany and Brianna played Arnold's daughter, Junior. Arnold was great with the girls onscreen and off.

*Brittany (pictured here) and Brianna appeared in the scene where Junior's first birthday was celebrated. Junior and her mother/father celebrated with Junior's friend, Jake, played by Ryan and Zachary Doss.

*Brittany and Brianna appeared in the Rick Moranis film Little Giants in 1994. It was filmed in early 1994, just after the girls' work on Junior was completed. They were a little less than a year old in the movie. While they were in a number of scenes, there was never a closeup of them. They had an extra role and appeared in many of the crowd scenes at the football games, like this one.
