 | Marlena was overjoyed to get to spend some time with her little girl. Caroline had brought Belle {Brittany} to the hospital to visit her new baby brother John Jr./Elvis. |
| John carried Belle {Brianna} into the DiMera house. Belle was moving in with her brother, father, step-mother Kristen, mom Marlena, and her nanny Chelsea. |  |
 | Kristen brought presents and made cupcakes for the kids. She wanted them to feel welcome. As Belle {Brittany} was licking her cupcake she got frosting on her nose. |
| Belle {Brianna} got ready for bed, then she and Brady came back downstairs to play with John and Marlena some more. Belle was thinking of a name for her bear. She named him Mr. Bear. |  |
 | Belle and John watched as Brady pinned the tail on the donkey. John said he won "first prize." He was very proud of his son. |  |
 | Kristen gave Brady his prize. Belle just watched. Then John leaned down and in a sad baby voice asked Belle, "Do you want a prize too?" She nodded her head "Yes." In the same sad voice, John told Kristen that Belle wanted a prize too. |  |
 | Belle had a smile on her face after she looked in the bag. She started twirling her hair around her finger. |  |
 | John then asked Belle if she missed her mommy. She nodded her head yes, and the smile disappeared. She continued to twirl her hair though. John said, "I miss her too honey." |  |

| In the middle of Kristen's speech about being a family with John and the kids, Brianna started to wrap her arms around Drake's head. She put both arms all the way around his head, then took one down, and just left one around his neck. Drake just went along with it, with a smile on his face. |  |
 | John was giving Belle and Brady goodnight kisses. He kept Belle a little longer than Brady. Marlena was missing (she was being held in the secret room by Kristen) and John wanted Belle to know he loved her. |
| John asked Belle if she missed her mommy. Belle whispered "yes". He told her "Mommy will be back soon. I promise." |  |
 | Belle then hugged John, he called her his "Precious Isabella." John and Marlena hardly ever call her Isabella, her given name. She has been called Belle since she was an infant. |
 | Belle {Brittany} screamed "Yeah," when John said that she and Brady should go into the kitchen and have cook make Marlena's favorite breakfast. |  |
 | Marlena told Belle {Brittany} she better go help because she was "no good in the kitchen." Marlena's always been known for her lack of talent in the kitchen. |
| Marlena and Belle {Brittany}, talking to John and Brady about going to the park. Marlena had just gotten out of the Secret Room and wanted to spend as much time with the kids as possible. However, they couldn't take the kids to the park because they had an engagement party to plan. |  |
 | Marlena didn't even want to put Belle {Brittany} down as they left. After Belle, Brady and Chelsea were out the door, Marlena said, "Don't forget my last kiss." She opened up the little door withing the door and kissed Belle's hand through the door, saying "I love you." Belle said, "Love you." |  |
