Roman told Marlena that this
baby that brought so much sweet new hope and joy into his
life is not his. Belle laid quietly as Roman told Marlena
that Belle was not his daughter. Sami had changed the blood
test results. John was actually her father.

Marlena thinks they can save
their marriage and tells Roman that if she and John had
known the truth they would have told him. Roman believes
that John and Marlena did not know the

When Sami came downstairs,
Marlena confronted her about switching the blood test.
Marlena was upset with Sami for switching the blood test,
but most of all for hurting all of her family including
John. Marlena then tells Sami that she (Sami) was playing
God with their lives. Sami looked at things differently she
blamed it all on Marlena and her affair with John.

Sami told her mother that she
was disappointed in her for sleeping with John. She said,
"You knew it was wrong when you slept with John, but you did
it anyway, so you have no right to lecture me on what's
right and what's wrong." Marlena never wanted to hurt her or
Belle or even John, least of all her father. Sami then
admitted that she was the one that kidnapped Belle too.
Belle just watched as all the yelling went on.

Marlena was very disapointed
in Sami's actions when she found out that she kidnapped
Belle. She didn't understand how Sami could do that to her
family. No one except for John and Kristen knew that Sami
was responsible for the kidnapping of Belle.
Roman held Belle tight and
close, when Marlena left the room to talk to Sami. When
Marlena returned he laid Belle back down. Marlena then
decided that it was best for her and Belle to leave.

Marlena got Belle and her
blanket and she was ready to leave. Roman asked Marlena
"Where will you go?" Marlena wasn't sure, she said she would
call when she got there.
Marlena looked at Roman as if
she was waiting for him to forgive her and let her and Belle
stay. Roman didn't change his mind. Marlena started to cry
and said her last good-bye and walked out the door. The
emotions were running high, even little Belle started to
cry.
Marlena and Belle arrived at
the Horton during Maggie and Mickey's anniversary dinner
with Alice and Tom. They were welcomed with open arms.
Maggie offered to take Belle to the other room and put her

back at her house. Roman was still there, but she was

Maggie was getting ready to
leave so she came over and told Belle and Marlena goodbye.
Marlena thanked her for helping with Belle.

Marlena got ready to leave
too. Alice asked if she was going home. Marlena said "Roman
doesn't want us to come home."
Alice insists that Marlena and
Belle live with her and Tom and tells Marlena that there is
a room for her and Belle right at the top of the stairs.
Marlena then prepared to head upstairs with Belle.

Marlena said, "We will never
go back home." Alice and Maggie said "We can't believe it's
all over between you and Roman." It was all over for them.
Roman couldn't forgive Marlena.
Roman comes over to give back
the watch Marlena gave him for Christmas. Marlena was about
to call him . She wanted to come over to get some things for
her and Belle that she didn't bring over to The Horton's
house. Belle was fussy so Alice brings her to
Marlena.Marlena says to Roman," If it would help, you could
hold her." Roman doesn't. {photos

Marlena tried to talk to him,
telling him she was sorry that she hurt him, and most of all
she was sorry that he was losing Belle.
Marlena then said "I know how
much you love her." Belle just looked around the room. Roman
couldn't stop looking at her.
Marlena asked Roman if he
wanted to hold Belle. He didn't say anything. He just turned
and walked out the door.
Marlena told Belle, "meet your
daddy, sweetheart." Belle smiled at her daddy.

John holds Belle for the first
time after Marlena tells him he is her father.

John said, "Hey, it's your
daddy." Brianna/Chalice wasn't too sure about this. She was

John sat down and held Belle
close. He was almost in tears holding his baby daughter for
the first time, after finding out she was his. Everytime
John would hold Belle outwards she would start to cry when
he pulled her back close she was fine again.
John says he wanted to have a
daughter. This little girl's ours, Doc. Marlena is saying,"
I may have lost Roman and my family, but I've got my little

John plays with Belle. John to
Marlena: "I knew she was mine from the first time I saw her.
There was this bond that was so great, I almost dropped
her." (Referring to his part in the delivery of Belle.)
John says that he can see in
Belle's eyes that her future looks mighty bright. Marlena
says that she sees sleep in those eyes. John to Belle,"

Marlena was getting ready to
go lay Belle down she was getting sleepy. John was leaving
to go help in the search for Stefano. Marlena tells him to

After Belle's nap Marlena held
her daughter close. While she looked out the window. She
didn't know what to do, until John came up with a
solution...
