Shawn-D was excited that Bo had found Jill. It meant that Jill could explain why Bo was on the island with Billie, instead of at his wedding.

Hope tried to explain that it was not going to be easy. Jill was not talking to Bo or Hope.

Shawn-D was disappointed and told his mom "I want to be a family so much." Hope told him to trust in God. Then she gave him a good night kiss.

Shawn Douglas spoke with Hope a couple of weeks after the wedding was called off. He told her that they should be married, but that he had "jinxed it," because he threw rice on Bo and Hope before they were married. He didn't know about that old wives' tale until it was too late.

Bo and Hope talked for a while, then decided that they needed to talk to Shawn Douglas. Bo came in and grabbed Shawn Douglas up from the couch. He then told Shawn D that he and Hope were going to try to be a family again.

The family was back together just in time to celebrate Thanksgiving.

Collin's favorite person on the set to hang out with is Austin Peck, who plays his cousin Carrie's on-screen husband, Austin Reed.

Collin helped Alison Sweeney surprise Austin Peck for his birthday.

Here are Collin and Austin at the Days luncheon in 96 at the Universal Hilton in Los Angeles. When Austin arrived at the event, he got out of his car he proceeded to leave the keys in the ignition with the car running. He locked himself out and had a flat tire on top of it. Collin came outside and gave Austin lots of trouble for doing something so stupid.

Shawn-D told his dad, "Love stinks." Bo told him not to think that way, that someday he would fall in love and it would be the greatest thing to happen to him.

Bo gave his son a hug, with tears running down both of their faces. If only Billie and Franco would leave Bo and Hope alone, Shawn-D would get his wish, to have a family again.

Bo promises Shawn-D that they will be a family someday.

Shawn Douglas was in charge of putting the angel on the tree at the Pub. He stood back and admired his work, saying, "Fantastic!"

Grandpa Shawn saw Shawn-D helping out with the church decorating. He stopped him and asked "Why aren't you helping out as a elf?" Shawn-D said they ran out of elf outfits. He said he would do it next year. Shawn went on to tell him that Bo was an elf when he was his age. Shawn-D got a big kick out of knowing his dad was dressed as a elf.

Hope was very proud of her son and was happy to see him help at the church. She gave him a big hug and Shawn-D gave her a look like "I am too old for hugs from mom."

Shawn-D then joined in saying a prayer to bless the church before midnight mass.

When Hope arrived at the Midnight Mass on Christmas Eve, Shawn D asked if she was going to sit with them. She said, "of course." They were a happy family for the holidays.
