Spencer, Garrett and Mitchell Gray

This was the first time Mitchell was on screen in the role of Wayne. He just ran across the backyard with his brother. He was very excited to be on TV. Wayne was replaced later in the scene by regular portrayer, Keegan Holst. Spencer was Ray throughout the scene. {pics by mommyof6, episode 2}

Nicki is rarely calm. She wanted Margene to watch her boys. She raced to Margene's house, since she needed to head out immediately. She was nearly dragging the boys the whole way. Mitchell is seen as Wayne's backup in the pics on the left. He was replaced when they entered the house. Mitchell wasn't the only child switched in this scene. Spencer filmed the scenes outside, while Garrett then appeared inside. {pics by mommyof6, episode 2}

Nicki dragged the boys upstairs, heard Margene and Bill in bed, and dragged them back down the stairs again. Wayne and Ray {Garrett} had no idea what was going on. {pics by mommyof6, episode 2}

The whole family was on hand for Wayne's birthday. It was a cowboy party, so everyone wore a hat. Garrett is seen on the left and Spencer is on the right. It's interesting to note that large group scenes like these typically take all day to film, since they turn around the cameras and reshoot things several times. It's quite a contrast to their work on Days. A soap can film 100 pages a day, while most primetime shows film 100 pages in 2-3 weeks. {pics by mommyof6, episode 3}

Ray {Spencer} and Wayne were jumping on the couch and throwing pillows. Nicki stopped them and talked to them. {pics by mommyof6, episode 4}

The boys were out of control once again. Nicki and Margene were trying to talk. Ray {Garrett} was twirling around a stuffed snake, knocking over the babies' toys in the process. Garrett really enjoyed this scene and had everyone on the set laughing. {pics by mommyof6, episode 4}

Nicki talked to Ray {Garrett}, trying to get him to stop, but of course he didn't. His behavior was driving Margene crazy. There was more to this scene, but it was cut. {pics by mommyof6, episode 4}

Margene set off the burglar alarm when trying to get into Nicki's house. She didn't know how to turn it off, so everyone went outside and covered their ears until the security company sent an officer to the house. He couldn't turn it off either. Margene was worried about getting to school to pick up Barb's daughter, so she had the officer take her and all the kids in his car to pick up Teenie. Spencer held his ears outside, while Garrett appeared in the car. {pics by mommyof6, episode 4}

Wayne and Ray {Garrett} were in trouble again. Nicki, Margene and their kids were at the grocery store. The boys ran ahead pulling many things off the shelves. {pics by mommyof6, episode 5}

The boys then fought over a box of cereal and left many things on the ground behind them. Garett loved this scene. They told him to "go pick out a box of cereal and fight over it." Of course he was later reminded that it was a set and they were just props. It certainly wouldn't be OK to act like that when he shopped with his family! {pics by mommyof6, episode 5}

Spencer and Garrett were so cute when they helped make the bed. They really knew what they were doing. Spencer is on the left, Garrett on the right and in pics below. {pics by mommyof6, episode 6}

At the end of the day, Bill always comes home and hugs all of his kids and wives. They all adore him and are thrilled when he arrives. Spencer as Ray. {pics by mommyof6, episode 6}
