Abe read Isaac {Garrett} a bedtime story. Lexie came over and sat down right before the story ended. {11/06/01}

Lexie said, "It's bedtime now." Abe said, "I will take you up to bed." But he was informed that Eliana the maid {Anna Werner} would do it. Abe was not happy about this. {11/06/01}

Garrett looked at Renee and James and smiled and then looked up at Eliana and tried to get down. {11/06/01}

Abe said, "You can't get down, you have to kiss mommy and then off to bed you go." {11/06/01}

JT and Isaac graced the cover of SOD for the second time together on January 8, 2002. Clockwise: Peter Reckell {Bo Brady}, James Reynolds {Abe Carver}, Renee Jones {Lexie Carver}, Garrett Gray {Isaac Carver}, Kristian Alfonso {Hope Brady} and Jacob Rips {JT Brady}

This cover marked Garrett Gray's first soap magazine cover.

With the truth coming out about the baby switch, everyone is wondering what will happen to that sweet baby named Isaac Carver? What's the right thing to do? Renee Jones {Lexie Carver} comments: "Even if the baby isn't biologically Lexie's, he is because she has raised him for more then a year. I mean if Hope wants to come over every once in awhile to see him that would be ok." James Reynolds {Abe Carver} comments: "I think because it is the 'right' thing to do, Abe will want to give the baby back. If Bo and Hope said "This child is more yours now, but we would just like to come and watch him grow up and visit,' that would be good! But because that's not likely, Abe would opt for the right thing, clearly that is going to cause a schism for him and Lexie." Comments from Beth and Cain: As fans of Bo and Hope, we hope they get to keep both boys.

Lexie brought Isaac downstairs. She was busy thinking about how he came to be with her. Spencer noticed something elsewhere on the set and was moving his head so he could get a better look. {1/3/02}

Lexie remembered her and Abe's excitement when they prepared for the birth of their son. Then she recalled their homecoming with him and when they named him. {1/3/02}

Lexie put her forehead to Isaac's and then kissed him. She asked him, "You know how much mommy and daddy love you, don't you sweetheart?" {1/3/02}

Lexie brought Isaac in to see Abe. She asked him, "Do you remember when he first said dada?" She then told Isaac that the day God brought him to them was the happiest and most important day of their lives. {1/3/02}

As Renee talked, Spencer looked at James and even gave him a little smile. Renee wanted to get his attention for her next line, so she got right near his face. Then Lexie told Isaac they fell in love the moment they saw him. {1/3/02}

Lexie was going on and on about how Isaac was the most important part of their life, how special he was, etc. As Rolf watched, he praised Lexie for her "Madonna and child" routine for Abe's benefit. Spencer was a bit bored by it too. He was looking the other way and when he turned around, he yawned. {1/3/02}
