Shane was talking with Andrew when Jeannie and Kim walked in. Andrew was asking his dad if he was going to be close to his mom and the baby too. Shane looked up and saw Kim and the baby.
Shane stood up to look at Kim and Jeannie. Grandma Caroline took Andrew into see Grandpa Shawn so "Mommy and Daddy" could talk.
Jeannie looked over at Shane and Kim asked if he wanted to hold her. Shane asked, "Is it ok?" Kim said, "I think she wants you to hold her."
Shane hugged Jeannie and said "You are as gorgeous as the first time I held you." Jeannie looked back at her mom.
Kim was confused, she asked Shane, "When did you hold her?" Shane then explained he was at the hospital in LA when she was born. He wanted to make sure everything was ok with the birth, even though Jeannie wasn't his daughter.
Shane then told Jeannie "You are a very pretty baby."
"You have grown a lot since I saw you last time. I didn't even know your name."
Kim said "Her name is Jeannie." Shane was shocked. Kim had named her after his mother. Shane then told Jeannie "You are as lovely as your namesake."
Shane went on to say "You even kind of look like your namesake." Then he caught his own words and said "that can't be, it's just my imagination."
Shane then got tears in his eyes and said "How I wish you were my daughter." Kim touched her daughter's cheek.
Shane pulled Jeannie in tight and said bye "Little Jeannie." Hannah started to cry, but stopped.
Shane gave Jeannie back to her mom, kissed his fingers and placed them on Jeannie's head and said "Tell Andrew goodbye for me."
Jeannie looked for Shane as he left the Brady Fish Market.
Caroline came in and saw that Shane was gone and Kim was crying. She gave her daughter a hug.
Kim gave Jeannie to Caroline and said "I need to clear my head." Jeannie watched as her mommy left.
