There are so many scenes of Isaac Theo Carver and John Thomas Brady together, because of the baby switch, so they get their own page. Here are all the young actors and actresses that have played Isaac and J.T. over the year.

Alyssa and Lauren Libby, they played J.T. at his birth and then switched to playing Isaac. Max and Sam Christy then replaced Alyssa and Lauren in the role of Isaac. Spencer, Garrett and Mitchell Gray took over the role of Isaac from Max and Sam. Joshua and Jacob Rips played Isaac at his birth and then switched to J.T. They were later replaced by Brenden and Dillon Fisher, who were again replaced by the Rips.

The Libbys and Rips

When the nurse from the morning shift came in for her rounds of the nursery she found baby Brady {L: Rips} in the Carver baby crib and the Carver baby {R: Libby} in the Brady baby crib. She got upset with the nurse on duty, nurse Rita. Until nurse Rita said she didn't touch the babies. "I just came in a few minutes ago." The nurses IDed the babies by their ID bracelets. But Rolf made the bracelets and the names changed when they were placed on the babies (something only Stefano could make happen). So now the babies were switched.

The Libbys and Fishers

They showed the two babies lying next to each other in their carriers. Isaac {Alyssa} was making all kinds of noise. Little John {Dillon} was sleeping. Isaac is a lot bigger than Little John. This is the reason for the recast of baby John. They needed a small baby to play the role of the sick child, which happens to be Little John.

John came by to give Hope a gift for little John. He went over to look at the babies and was talking to Isaac thinking it was John. Hope said, "Figures you would be the one to mix these two up."

John noticed that Little John {Dillon} looked different than the other baby. Lexie came over and picked up Little John to take him inside and take a look at him. John picked up Isaac {Alyssa} and took him for Lexie.

Abe and Bo both said, "What is this, a baby fashion show?" Isaac {Alyssa} and J.T. {Dillon} were dressed the same because Hope and Lexie went shopping together.

Shawn and Caroline walked in after Abe and Lexie. They came over to see their new grandson, J.T. {Dillon}. Isaac {Alyssa} grabbed Shawn's finger and held on tightly. Shawn said, "What a grip this kid has."

Caroline asked how J.T. was doing. Hope said, "He is doing much better. He has had a wonderful week." Lexie looked on as Hope went on about how well J.T. was doing. Lexie was hoping for the best, but was fearing the worst, since she is a doctor and knows what happens to babies with FAS. Alyssa as Isaac.
