Jeremy Michael Jacobs-Horton was born to Michael Horton and Robin Jacobs in late 1987 or early 1988. He was born out of town, so we're not sure of the exact date. Mike didn't find out that he had a son by Robin until 1989 when she returned to Salem with Jeremy. Jeremy's middle name comes from his father Michael.

The character of Jeremy was played by Jeremy Allen and Jeffrey Clark. Jeremy was the first actor to play him and Jeffrey was the second. They each played him for only a month or two.
