Jonathan started playing Alexander at
the age of 4 weeks. He played the role for 1 year until Alexander
"died in a plane crash." When Alexander reappeared in early 1991,
Jonathan resumed the role again. Jonathan was a little fussy at
times, but he was never replaced.

Angelica {Shelley Taylor
Morgan} and Alexander were ready to head home from the
hospital.
Neil came to pick up Alexander
and Angelica. He told Angelica he was really looking forward
to this day.
Neil and Angelica were married
to give her baby a father. After all this time, Neil told
Angelica that he thought he'd fallen in love with her.
Jack eagerly awaited his
younger brother's homecoming. He considered Alexander's
birth a step in the right direction for the Deveraux clan.
Adrienne was excited to meet
Alexander too. He didn't seem too interested. He was getting
more and more slumped over in Angelica's arms.
Angelica said she knew Justin
would want to be first to hold Alexander. Angelica was still
the only one who knew that he was Alexander's father.
Angelica asked Justin to be
Alexander's godfather. Justin couldn't believe it and asked
if she was serious.
* Even though he wasn't
related by blood, Jack felt that Alexander was his little
brother.
It was no surprise that
Alexander fussed as Jack talked to him since the poor kid
was nearly being suffocated by all the pillows and blankets
in his crib.

Alexander was very fussy
during the 1989 Christmas celebration. He sat on Great Uncle
Victor's {John Aniston} lap and hid his head with his hands.
Justin got his son from
Victor's lap, hoping to calm him, since Angelica seemed
oblivious to the whole thing, toasting their celebration.
Justin was able to calm
Alexander immediately. He really loved his little boy, even
though he had been the product of an affair.
Alexander's first Christmas
was his only Christmas in Salem. He "died" before his second
Christmas and had moved to Dallas by his third.
Angelica {Judith Chapman} took
Alexander from Justin and he started fussing again. The poor
kid was getting passed around a little too much.
Angelica enjoyed the place
she'd gained in the Kiriakis family and watched as Victor
toasted Yvette {Lori Hallier}.
Angelica and Alexander partied
for his first birthday.
Victor didn't spend too much
time with his grand nephew, but he was aware of Alexander's
place in the family and hoped he'd carry on the Kiriakis
