| Shane had come over to see Andrew. He wanted to get in touch with his family, even though he didn't remember them. He'd gotten amnesia and had been away from the family for many months. | ![]() |
![]() | Andrew asked Shane how he was and he said, "Much bigger." Shane agreed. Andrew told his daddy that he had wanted him back for Christmas. He had missed Shane so much. | ![]() |
![]() | Shane told Andrew, whom he called "Sport," that he had missed him too. Andrew asked, "How much?" Shane's reply was, "All the world and then some." Kim gave him a big smile because he remembered this saying (and his nickname), which he used to always say to Andrew. |

The first scene we saw of Justin was him crashing cars together. Mr. Kimble {Arnold} was having all the kids tell what their daddies did for a living. Zach {Justin} was in the back of the classroom all alone. | ![]() |

Zach left class at the end of the day. He was very sad to be going home, unlike the other childern running to their parents. Mr. Kimble was watching as Zach left because he was worried about Zach. |
| Mr. Kimble lost control and everyone started running around and getting into things. Zach just stood around watching. He was very withdrawn. Mr. Kimble got everyone to calm down when he brought in his little friend, a pet ferret for the class. | ![]() |

Zach was outside waiting for his mom when Mr. Kimble came out to talk to her. Zach said "I didn't know he was following me." Zach's mom asked Mr. Kimble what was wrong before Mr. Kimble could talk about Zach. His mom started to ask if it was about the bruises on his legs. Mr. Kimble knew nothing about the bruises. He just wanted to tell his mom what a great little boy Zach was, and that he only needed to talk more in class and play with the other kids. | ![]() |

Mr. Kimble got a whistle and he would blow it once and all the kids would get a toy. When he blew it twice they would take the toy back. Zach is seen here getting ready to take his toy back. |

| Zach's mom dropped him off late. When Mr. Kimble put his hand on his shoudler, Zach bent over in pain. His father had hit him. Mr. Kimble ran outside to look for Zach's mom and he found his mom and also his dad. Mr. Kimble punched Zach's father and told him "If you hit the kid, I hit you." Zach didn't have to worry about his dad anymore. | ![]() |

Zach and the rest of the class were very concerned. All the kids were relieved when Mr. Kimble returned to school after his recovery. |
