Stefano came over to see his grandson. He wanted to see if the baby looked like him, since he believes he is the father. He held Isaac {Alyssa} up and said, "He is a gorgeous boy."

This is Alyssa. She opened her eyes for a moment. She looked at Stefano and closed them again. She is as pretty as her sister.

Stefano, in a very proud voice said, "He is the next generation of DiMeras." Lexie said "I prefer not to think of him like that." Alyssa as Isaac.

Lexie explaining to Stefano how motherhood feels: "I see children all day long at work and I love them all. But nothing like this. It is like all the joy in the world." Alyssa as Isaac.

As Lexie and John watched Hope and Bo leave for the hospital with Little John, John kept looking over at Isaac {Lauren}. He had a strange look on his face when he looked at Isaac.

Celeste came, kissed Isaac {Lauren} and then told Lexie "It is a little stuffy in here." Lexie didn't want Isaac to catch a cold if she turned the air conditioning on. Celeste convinced her to turn it on low. What Celeste didn't know was that Rolf was outside putting poison in the air vent so he could take Isaac.

Celeste put Isaac {Lauren} in the carseat on the floor so the air wouldn't hit him. Lexie called Stefano and talked to him for while Isaac was napping. Then she got sleepy and passed out.

Rolf came in and took Isaac {Lauren}. He was so proud of himself because he had made a poison that would only knock out Lexie and not the baby.

Rolf took Isaac {Alyssa} straight to Stefano, so he could run DNA testing on the two of them. Stefano was upset that Rolf took the baby and he wanted to return him right away. Rolf then reminded him that Isaac could be his son.

Stefano then said, "Let me look at you." Isaac {Alyssa} started to get fussy. This was the first time that the Libbys ever really fussed on screen.

Stefano then told Rolf, "We must take him back." Alyssa as Isaac.

Stefano was ready to walk in the door when he heard Lexie screaming and crying for her baby {Lauren}. He was very upset with Rolf.

Lexie saw her father and Isaac {Lauren} outside the window. She walked out and got him. She blamed Stefano for the whole thing. Stefano was able to cover it up by lying to Lexie.

Lexie talked with Abe on the phone. Abe had just left her and Isaac {Alyssa}. He was worried that someone took the baby. They were fine. Abe asked, "Has Isaac said "daddy" yet?" Lexie said, "No give him another 6 months."

As soon as Lexie hung up the phone, she started to coach Isaac {Alyssa} on saying Mama. She laughed and told him not to tell daddy what they had been pacticing.

Lexie took Isaac {Lauren} over to see Hope and Johnny. Hope was talking and cooing all over Isaac and he was just laying there in the stroller taking it all in.
