Abby and Jack arrived for JT's welcome home party. Everyone was in the middle of talking with Glen and Barb, so they just hung out in the doorway. Both Jack and Abby gave Jennifer a little wave. It's one of the only scenes where we've seen these cousins together. Their moms are cousins, so they are first cousins, once removed, which are sometimes considered second cousins. {6/14/01}

Abby said to Jenn, "He's so cute mommy. Can I hold him." She told her maybe later. JT would be quite an armful for little Abby. He's a pretty busy guy. {6/14/01}

Abby said to Jenn, "Daddy said you called and asked him to come to the party." Jenn said she had. Abby was surprised that her mom invited her dad. Abby didn't realize that Jack had been responsible for saving Jennifer the night JT fell and was kidnapped. {6/14/01}

Abby asked Jenn why everyone was crying. She said it was because everyone was so happy. Abby said, "people are happy when families get back together...like us." Jack replied, "Like us." Jenn just smiled. {6/14/01}

Jack brought Abby some cake and made one of his typical silly comments. Abby replied, "Daaaddy." {6/15/01}

Alice said that she was happy the family had been brought together for this event, especially Jack and Jennifer. Abby told Alice, "I was going to say the same thing Gran." Then she looked at Jennifer and said, "right mommy?" {6/15/01}

Grandpa Shawn asked Abby how she liked school. She replied, "I love it." Jack of course couldn't let the comment lie. He had to elaborate. He told Shawn that they were really "putting down roots" in their new home and school. Jennifer told him now wasn't the time. They were there to celebrate JT's return. She pulled Jack into the other room. {6/15/01}

After they were out of the room, Abby told Shawn and Caroline her mom and dad were "doing a lot better lately." {6/15/01}

Jack, Jennifer and Abby were at Bo and Hope's for JT's welcome home party. Abby walked into the kitchen as Jack and Jenn were having one of their typical spats. Abby said, "You're doing it again." Jennifer replied, "Doing what?" {6/15/01}

Abby replied, "You keep fighting." {6/15/01}

Jennifer told Abby that they weren't fighting. They were just talking to each other. It was how they always talked. She said to Jack, "Isn't that right?" Jack didn't say anything. Abby said, "I can tell." {6/15/01}

Abby had a smart reply. She told them "If that's how you're gonna to talk, then that's how I'm gonna talk." Jennifer and Jack looked at her in shock as the scene ended. {6/15/01}
