Jack and Jennifer were
preparing to go to Hope's "Mother of the Year" party. They
were fighting over the hair dryer. Jack didn't have his own
and wanted to use Jennifer's. She told him she needed to use
it and he would just need to go buy his own. Suddenly their
fighting was interrupted when Abby started yelling "Yeah"
and jumping up and down. They looked at her and yelled,
"What?" She said, "This is how you always used to act when
you were getting ready to go out together."

Abby first looked at Jenn and
then at Jack and said, "It's just like when you were
married." Jack and Jenn then gave each other a frightened
look. They couldn't believe Abby was enjoying this.

In the next scene, Jack said
to Abby, "Let me explain something..." Jennifer cut him off
and said, "Yes, we are going to the party tonight together,
of course." {12/6/01}
Jennifer said cousin Hope and
Bo would be there to get them in a few minutes, so she asked
Abby to go get her black shoes from the closet. Abby said,
"I'll be right back." She didn't want to miss anything.

As Jennifer continued to get
ready, Abby was looking through things on her vanity. She
picked up a false eyelash and asked, "Mommy, what are
these?" Jennifer said they were something she hadn't worn in
a long time. Abby continued to stare at it. Then the camera
panned to Jack, who had a flashback (recreated) of Jenn
wearing those for a night out with
Jack.

The Hortons were all together
at the Horton house for the 4th of July. Will {Taylor} told
Sami he was scared. Then Abby came over and told Sami that
Will was scared of the meteor shower because they could come
down and hit them. Sami said, "ABBY!" and then Abby ran off.
This was one of Abby's only scenes with her cousin Will.

Abby and her Grandma Jo walked
in the "Leukemia & Lymphoma Society walk-a-thon." Before
the walk started they talked with Caroline Brady {Peggy
McCay} and Maggie Horton {Suzanne Rogers}. Abby was worried
her parents weren't going to show up for the walk.

Maggie and Jo tryied to
reassure Abby that her parents would be their because they
were covering the story for the paper. Craig and Nancy
walked up and were ready to start the walk-a-thon. They were
very happy to see Abby.

Craig announced the walk and
the route. Then Nancy talked about bone morrow donation and
how it all goes together. Without one or the other they
would have no cure for cancer. Nancy said, "There is a
remarkable little girl here with us today, because of a bone
morrow transplant."

Nancy: "Abigail Deveraux, she
was just a baby, too young to remember, but because of the
transplant she has been able to grow up a normal little
girl. We (Craig and Nancy) are asking Abby to walk and hold
the banner along with Shawn Brady and Belle Black who held
the bone marrow drive.

When the walk ended, Great
Grandma Alice was waiting at the finish line with homemade
cookies for everyone. Abby helped make them.

Abby told Gran that Great
Grandpa Tom would be proud of all the people that showed up
for this walk. Alice looked up to the heavens and said, "He
would. You took the words right out of my mouth."

Jack and Jenn did show up at
the walk-a-thon towards the end. Abby went over to talk with
Jack. Jack tried to get away so he could listen in on Jenn
and Colin talking. But Abby reminded him that he needed
details for his story.
