The girls were part of a rare picture. It was called "Seeing Double" it was in almost every soap magazine. The girls sat on a couch with all the other twins of DAYS. Jenn brought Abby {Ryanne} downstairs. She wanted to say goodnight to everyone. Lots of people were there...Hope, Franco, Laura, Jack and Jennifer. Abby asked, "Is this a party?" {8/12/97} |

Since Abby {Ryanne} was up and there were so many people there, she asked, "Can we have pancakes?" Jack said they could and he would even cook them. {8/12/97} |

John came over too. He walked up to Abby and said, "Abigail Deveraux, you are more and more cute every time I see you." Abby replied, "Thanks Uncle John." Not sure where that "Uncle" came from... {8/12/97} |

Everyone sat and ate pancakes together. Abby {Ryanne} asked, "Do you do this a lot?" Jennifer said only on special occassions. Abby said, "You mean like when daddy's home?" Jack said he always loved being here with Abby and her mommy. {8/12/97} |

Jack had a fantasy that he and Jenn were remarried. He carried Jenn over the threshhold of the house and Abby threw flowers at them. {8/14/97} |

Abby {Paige} ran up to Jack, saying "Hi, Daddy." Abby was excited to see her daddy again. {8/14/97} |

Laura said she and Abby {Paige} were making a surprise for Jack. Jack asked what it was. Abby said, "Daddy, I can't tell." Jack said, "Of course, then it wouldn't be a surprise." {8/14/97} |

Jack explained to Abby {Ryanne} that he had to go way again, but he would be back, he promised. Jack was going back to prison for the murder of the not-so-dead Peter Blake. {8/18/97} |

Abby went with Jenn to visit Jack in prison. Abby asked her mom, "Did you bring my picture?" Jenn said, "Yes," then she asked Abby to go color some more while Mommy talked with Daddy. |

Abby came over a little while later and said, "Look daddy, I made it for you." Jack was happy to see Abby and thanked her for the pretty picture. |

Jack wished Abby and Jenn well and told them to be careful. Abby put her hand to the glass and said "Bye, Daddy. I love you." |

Paige looked a little bored during this scene with her hand under her chin. She was paying attention to the scene because when it came her turn to speak she was ready. It almost seemed like she was watching something off stage. |

Mark Valley coloring with Paige (R) and Ryanne (L) at the Burbank Breakfast Outing. The event was a fundraiser sponsored by Marie Alise Recasner (Lynn) in 1997. The girls have thought that Mark is "Batman" ever since he dressed as "Batman" a couple of years ago. The girls have never forgotten that. Mark cares a great deal for the girls, as they do for him. Paige and Ryanne have seen Mark a few times since he left. He's been very busy, but he makes time to take them out for ice cream or just to visit occasionally. |
