Abby {Paige} answered the phone when Jennifer called while on the road. Trent told her she could call home but couldn't make one wrong statement. {11/26/97}

Abby {Paige} told Jenn that she was making pumpkin pies with Great Grandma. She asked, "Are you coming home for Thanksgiving?" Paige had lost her first tooth at this point...on the bottom right side. {11/26/97}

Jenn told Abby {Paige} how much she loved her and Abby said, "I love you so much too mommy." {11/26/97}

Jenn knew how to give Abby {Paige} a clue about where she was. She asked Abby to have Great Grandma Alice read her their favorite story about the burrow. Abby said that Snow White was their favorite story, but Jenn insisted that they read this story. Abby didn't know where it was, but Jenn described it's exact location on her bookshelf. She made Abby promise to have Great Grandma read it. {11/26/97}

Just a few minutes later, Jack called, and again Abby answered the phone. This scene was most likely filmed on another day, since Ryanne was now playing Abby. {11/26/97}

Abby told Jack that she was "just talking to mommy." Jack wanted Abby to tell him exactly what Jenn told her. Abby told Jack that Jenn said she wouldn't be home for Thanksgiving. {11/26/97}

Jack asked if she had said anything else. Abby looked up toward the ceiling, thinking and saying, "Umm...." {11/26/97}

Abby remembered that Jenn had told her to promise that Great Grandma would read her the story about the burrow. Jack asked Abby if that was the story where the little burrow went to the Grand Canyon to give rides to the children. Jack knew Jenn had given him a clue...Trent was taking her to the Grand Canyon. {11/26/97}

Abby came walking into the Horton Center with Shawn-D. They stopped and talked with Hope. {12/1/97}

Hope asked Abby how she was doing. She said, "I am fine, but I miss my mommy." Hope said "I do too sweety." Jack was on the run and Jenn had been kidnapped. {12/1/97}

Abby {Paige} putting up the 1997 Christmas tree at her home. Jennifer and Jack were still missing. Mike, Laura, Mickey and Maggie all helped Abby get the tree ready for when Jack and Jenn returned.

Abby {Paige} was with her Aunt Maggie and cousin Shawn-Douglas. They ran into John and Hope while they were in Salem Place. Abby was on a search for Santa and his elves.

Uncle Mike asked Abby {Paige} if she had her Christmas list ready for Santa. She told him that all she wanted for Christmas was for her mommy and daddy to come home. {12/22/97}

Abby was curious about Hanukkah when she saw the candles in Salem Place. Mike explained Hanukkah and told Abby that her cousin Jeremy, his son, celebrates Hanukkah every year. {12/23/97}

Carrie came up behind Mike and Abby and wanted to know what they were up to. Abby said "Uncle Mike is getting Jeremy a camera for Hanukkah." Carrie thought that was a nice gift. Mike then explained that he was telling Abby about Hanukkah. {12/23/97}

Jack and Jenn were not in town to take Abby {Ryanne} to see Santa, but Uncle Mike was there. He made sure Abby saw all the sites.

Jack was on the run for Peter's murder. As he drove, he pulled out a picture of Jenn and Abby. He said, "I told you I would never leave you again, but this time I have to."{1/5/98}

Jack heard noise in the backseat and pulled his gun. He asked who was there and Abby and Jenn popped up on the seat. Abby {Ryanne} said, "Surprise, it's us daddy!"{1/5/98}

Jack was not happy that they were there. He asked Jenn, "What were you thinking?" Jenn didn't really have a chance to answer. Abby {Ryanne} asked, "Are you playing dress up daddy?" Abby didn't understand why he was wearing a mustache.{1/5/98}

Jack was frustrated. He asked Abby {Ryanne}, "Why aren't you asleep?" It was really a question for Jenn. Jack couldn't understand why he was putting Abby in danger.{1/5/98}

Jenn made Abby {Ryanne} lay down and try to sleep in the backseat. It was clear she was still listening to everything that was going on. She asked her mommy why she and daddy were mad at each other. They told her they weren't mad. She assumed everything was OK then, so she asked, "Can we stay together forever?" Jack and Jenn needed to talk and didn't want Abby interrupting again. They told her to go to sleep, but she said it was hard to sleep in the car. Jack knew he needed to stop so they could sleep in a hotel for the night.{1/5/98}

They found a hotel. Jenn went to go ask for a room and told Jack to stay back with Abby {Ryanne}. He needed to lay low since people might recognize him from the wanted posters.{1/5/98}

Of course it didn't work as they wanted. The owner thought Abby {Ryanne} looked like his granddaughter and asked Jack to come closer with her. Jack tried to hide his face, but the man wanted to give her a lollipop. Jenn said it was OK, so he did.{1/5/98}

The owner asked their names. Jenn said they were Bob, Vicky and Andrea Mitchell. Jack turned his head and made Abby hide on his shoulder so she wouldn't say anything about the names. They were going to have a lot to explain to her. For now, they were just going to take her up and put her to bed.{1/5/98}
