Paige (L) and Ryanne (R) are now interviewing and auditioning for new roles (using this new promotional pic from May 1998). As you can tell, the girls are looking less identical these days, so it will be interesting to see if they continue to get "twin" roles. Neither girl is showing their teeth in this picture, because they are something else that make them look different. Paige (R) and Ryanne (L) still have a number of friends at the Days studio. During the summer of 1999, they came to visit some of the people who work behind the scenes. While there, they ran into Shawn (L) and Taylor (R) Carpenter, who play Will, Abby's cousin. Paige and Ryanne returned to DAYS on October , 2000 with Melissa Reeves, who had left the show 5 years earlier. The girls had to audition for the role just like any other person. They were gone for two and half years. This time they stayed until January 2001, just four months.

Abby and Jenn were in Ireland when they returned to show. Jenn was leaving her job at a local pub. Ian the owner came out and asked what Jenn and Abby were doing in the alley. Abby looked up and said, "I want to stay with Ian."

Jenn and Abby went back to the pub. Abby was busy doing her school work and then she asked Jenn, "Can I go to the park?" Jenn, in her Irish accent said, "No, it's dark out."

Abby said, "Oh, you don't want me to get hurt like that man." Ian asked, "What man?" Jenn was quick to say "Oh, just some drunk causing trouble." Ian was the one that had Bo beaten up, but he didn't know that Jenn knew Bo.

Abby was fast asleep when Jenn left to check on Bo.

Abby was dancing in her room when Jenn came to check on her the next day. Jenn was working downstairs in the Pub. Mrs. McGowan was looking after Abby.

Abby asked her mom what she was doing. Jenn said she was calling cousin Hope. Abby then said, "Let's go home." Jenn said, "Not just yet. I can't face the family yet."

Then Abby asked for her daddy. We didn't get a real answer as to where Jack was, but he was not with them. Jenn told Abby, "We have to finish what we came for. Remember I explained that's why I talk funny to other poeple, because we need to stay in Ireland a little longer."

Jenn was talking about helping Bo when Abby said, "The man in the alley was 'Uncle Bo'. Why did they hurt him?" Jenn explained she didn't know why, but she was trying to find out. We're not sure why Abby called him "Uncle Bo." Bo is not her uncle. He is cousin by marriage.
