Dillon and Vincent shared the role of Elvis. Avalon, their sister, filled in when the boys were tired. They landed the role of Elvis in mid-January 1997. Their first show aired on February 21, 1997. They played the role about a year and a half.

 | The nurses and doctors called Elvis "perfect" after he was born, but he really wasn't. He was diagnosed with a heart problem before he left the hospital. He was perfect in every other way and by the time he left the hospital he was "perfect". |

Susan broke into the nursery to see Elvis/John Jr. The nurse saw her and asked her to leave. |  |

Although Susan had a right to see Elvis/John Jr. no one in the hospital knew that. They all thought Elvis/John Jr. was Kristen's son. Kristen was paged right away telling her that someone was in the nursery trying to see her son. Kristen knew exactly who it was. Dillon was asleep when shown close up, but he was actually awake. Someone in editing messed up. |

John and Kristen came to Elvis/John Jr. after the stanger alert. Once again, Dillon was shown asleep up close, but you could see him moving. |  |
 | John Jr./Elvis was going to have heart surgery. John was reassuring him, telling him "You will be OK, kid." Dillon was busy drinking his bottle. |  |
 | Kristen came in and saw "her" baby after he had his surgery. She was talking and playing with him. John walked by and saw her and he couldn't help it, he had to stop and watch. Avalon as Elvis. |  |
 | John came in and he started playing with John Jr./Elvis {Avalon} too. Susan was watching from outside the nursery. Susan was heartbroken, she wanted her son. |  |

Kristen and John stopped by the nursery to see Elvis/John Jr {Vincent} before going home. Elvis/John Jr was going to go home in a few days. The doctors just wanted to monitor him a little while longer. |

Susan, dressed as Kristen, went in and saw baby Elvis {Dillon}. She wanted to nurse him. The nurses said he was strong enough to nurse now, but he had just finished eating from a bottle. Susan said to Elvis "That is ok, I will be back to nurse you later." |  |

Susan held Elvis up and said "You will be coming home soon and it won't be a problem to take you because I will be dressed just like Kristen." In this picture you can really tell that Dillon was no newborn baby, he was very strong holding his head up with no problem at all. |
