Dillon, Avalon and Vincent Ragone

Kristen told Susan to dress like her and come to the hospital. Kristen needed Susan to breastfeed John Jr./Elvis {Avalon}. Since Kristen was not his real mother. Susan took this as her chance to steal the baby. Kristen busted her leaving and told her, John was waiting for her, and John Jr/Elvis. Pictured here Susan and Elvis.

One of the nurses saw Susan leaving with Elvis {Avalon} she yelled, "Stop! Where you going?" John walked up at the time and said it was ok, they were his wife and son.

The nurse was new and didn't know "Kristen" was the mother. The head nurse came over and told John and "Kristen" how sorry she was for the nurse's mistake. John said it was ok, no harm was done. John had no idea it was Susan dressed as Kristen.

John took Elvis and headed to a room where "Kristen" could breastfeed little John Jr./Elvis {Avalon}.

John, Susan dressed as Kristen, and Elvis {Avalon}. John thought he was with Kristen and his son, John Jr.

John loved Elvis {Avalon} from the day he was born. Why wouldn't he? He thought Elvis was his son and namesake. But it turned out Kristen lied and Elvis wasn't her son or John's.

Kristen was daydreaming about looking out the window with Elvis/John Jr. {Vincent} and seeing Susan. She was jumping up and down saying "give me my baby." Kristen was smiling and saying "He is all mine now. You will never see him again."

After Kristen's little daydream, she and John went to go pick up Elvis/John Jr. {Dillon} from the hospital. He was finally coming home.

After talking with Marlena, John, Kristen and John Jr./Elvis were on their way home.

After they arrived home and the maid video taped their new family entrance, Kristen and John headed upstairs with the baby {Avalon}. Then the doorbell rang. Kristen knew right away who it was: Susan. She had come to pick up her baby. Susan went to the hospital and found no baby, so she came to the DiMera mansion.

The maid got rid of Susan. Kristen and John went upstairs to feed the baby. Kristen gave him a bottle instead of breastfeeding him. She told John that she wanted him to get used to both so they could both feed him. John was happy with that. Vincent was content with the bottle and holding on to Drake's hand.

Kristen was trying to think of away to get rid of Susan. Susan was downstairs and was about to tell John the truth. Kristen told Elvis {Dillon} "Don't tell daddy. We can't let daddy find out."

Susan came straight upstairs after Kristen told her she was going to be John Jr./Elvis's baby nurse. Elvis {Avalon} was sleeping, so Susan went and took a shower.

Susan was about to tell John the truth about who Elvis really belong to. Kristen walked in told John that Susan was the new baby nurse. John thought that Susan was crazy and that Kristen was crazy for hiring her. Kristen just wanted to stop Susan from talking. Susan told Elvis {Dillon} "We make a good team." Kristen had no real intentions of letting Susan raise "her son".

After Susan got settled into her new home, she started telling Elvis {Dillon} "I have a real right to keep you. Dr. Evans said so." Susan had no idea that Dr. Evans and Marlena were the same person. Then she told Elvis "Don't say a word to Kristen. It's our secret."

Elvis {Avalon} was crying and Kristen couldn't get him to stop. As soon as Kristen handed Elvis to Susan, he stopped crying. Susan called him her "good boy." John was amazed at this. It was Susan's first night as the baby nurse and she had already bonded with John Jr./Elvis.

Susan was feeding Elvis {Dillon} and telling him she was never going to leave him again.
