After spending the night with his big brother Shawn, JT and his brother were getting dressed. Jacob was enjoying bouncing on the bed while Jason put his hat on. {12/26/01}

Shawn asked JT if he liked his hat because he had one just for him. Shawn's had an American flag on it. We couldn't see what was on JT's because Jacob wanted no part of it. He put his hand up to try to take it off before Jason even got it on him. {12/26/01}

Jason worked hard to get the hat on Jacob. He put it on backwards, just like his. Shawn told him they needed to look in the mirror. When they looked, Shawn told him how dapper he looked. Jacob seemed OK with the hat until they looked in the mirror. Then he smiled and took it off. {12/26/01}

Shawn said they'd go and get some breakfast. Then Jacob tossed the hat and Jason added, "without the hat." Jason is able to "go with the flow" in his scenes with Jacob and Joshua. He throws in adlibs where necessary to match their actions. Jacob took one last look at himself in the mirror. He seemed much happier with his look. {12/26/01}

They went out into the hall where they met up with Bo. He asked if they had a slumber party and didn't invite him. Shawn asked if he was upset. Of course Bo wasn't. {12/26/01}

Bo asked what they had been up to. Shawn said they'd been up until about 2 or 3 in the morning. Shawn asked if everything was OK and Bo told him it was. Of course it wasn't, because Bo had just found out that John was JT's father. Jacob had a plastic spoon that he continued to chew on. He babbled a bit, just so Peter and Jason would remember he was there. {12/26/01}

Bo: "I bet this growing boy is hungry. Why don't you take him downstairs to get some food." Shawn agreed and said they would go get some pancakes. Then Peter started waving at Jacob, saying goodbye. Jacob, very proud of himself, waved back saying "Dada." {12/26/01}

JT {Jacob} and Shawn met up with Bo in the upstairs hall again. Shawn told Bo that they had pancakes. Bo thought it looked like JT had been tasting the batter. Shawn asked if Bo and Hope would like to join them for pancakes, but Bo said they'd have to get a raincheck since he had to get to the station. {12/26/01}

Jacob had the remnants of a crescent roll in his hand during this scene. He must have gotten one before he went onstage. {12/26/01}

Jason took Jacob's hand to get him to wave goodbye, saying "Say goodbye." Right on cue, Jacob said, "Dada" and waved. He then gave a big smile, very proud of himself. Jason and Peter both smiled at their young costar's performance. {12/26/01}

The guys shared a group goodbye hug. Jacob didn't seem to mind being squeezed between Peter and Jason. Peter then pulled him in for a kiss. {12/26/01}
