The family returned home to the Fish Market to celebrate Andrew's birthday and baptism. Waiting for them was the Salem PD with Victor. They were delivering a summons for Shane and Kim to appear in juvenile court within the hour. Andrew looked as shocked as Shane and Kim.

What followed could not have been planned, but it fit perfectly with the story. When Shane asked what the grounds were for Kimberly being considered an unfit mother, Victor replied with the fact that she was a prostitute. The whole family was shocked. Andrew suddenly said, "What?" as if he was trying to figure out what Victor was saying just like Caroline and Shawn.

Kimberly had to admit to her parents that it was true, she had been a prostitute. However, she and Shane agreed that they couldn't deal with that now. First, they had to get to the hearing.

Kimberly asked Shane, "What are we going to do?" All she wanted to do was get home with her son. She was finally getting to know him when this happened.

The judge heard about Kimberly's past and didn't hesitate in giving Victor temporary custody until a full hearing could take place. Victor took Andrew and headed home with him. Bobby clung to John at first, then began crying with full force. He didn't like being with a new person, which fit perfectly into the storyline.

Bobby didn't stop crying during the next scene. It was clear someone had done something to upset him. He was looking offstage, maybe trying to spot his mom.

Alex Marshall {Quinn Redeker} arrived to talk to Victor. He said he was probably there at a bad time since Victor had company. Victor was annoyed by that comment. He sternly told Alex that Andrew was NOT company, he was his son.

Victor asked the cook to make him a bottle, but she declared that she wasn't a nanny. Victor went to get it himself and Alex held Andrew. Quinn was finally able to quiet him down. He spoke to him in a very soft voice.

Alex began talking to Andrew. He told him, "You and I have a secret." Quinn started blowing at Bobby's hair to entertain him. He seemed to like it at first, but then the crying started again.

Alex went on..."thanks to my dear wife, we both know the guy in the kitchen isn't your papa." Emma had been the one who switched the blood tests to make Victor appear to be Andrew's father, rather than Shane.

Alex asked Andrew what they (Kim, Shane and Victor) would do if they found out. The pair had finally gotten through the scene. Quinn was a trooper, making it work with a screaming baby. His dialogue was very important and at times it was difficult to even hear him over Bobby's screams. Good thing this was just a one time thing for Bobby. We never heard him cry like this onscreen again.

Andrew was very dressed up for his first Christmas with his family. He was with the Stewarts on his first Christmas.

Andrew watched as Kimberly talked with her new brother Max {Ryan Brennan} on his first Christmas in the family. That meant Andrew had a new uncle too.

Bobby was an adorable baby and toddler. He had become very comfortable on the show, but was then recast.

Andrew, Kim and Shane got all bundled up for a trip to the park. Poor Andrew's face was nearly covered by his hat. This was one of the last times we saw Robert in the role, but we could barely see his adorable face.

Kim ended up skipping the park trip, but greated Andrew and Shane upon their return. She said they looked like they had a great day. Shane agreed and said to Andrew, "Didn't we mate?"

Shane and Andrew brought Kim some flowers and chocolate chip cookies. They had spent some time at Grandma's house baking and had lots of fun.
