We're not sure when this picture was taken. Frank Parker loved working with Scott. Seems he's taunting him a bit in this photo. {Photo courtesy Stacy Krugman}

Shawn-Douglas came knocking at the apartment door where Billie and Hope lived. Gina/Hope told him that Billie and his dad had already gone to work. He said "I figured that. I want to talk to you." Gina said "Aren't you supposed to be at day camp?" He said, "Yeah."

Gina/Hope asked Shawn-Douglas what was in the box he was carrying. He said "Pictures of me, Papa and my Mom. We are doing a family tree at day camp."

Gina/Hope asked, "Can I see the pictures?" Shawn-Douglas pulled out one of Hope with a peach shawl on. Shawn-Douglas said it was her mother's and she loved to wear it on cold nights. He then got real sad and said "I miss her alot."

Shawn-Douglas then asked Gina/Hope "Will you do me a favor?" He wanted Gina to wear the shawl so he could see his mom one more time. He knew it wouldn't be real, but just for a moment he could pretend.

Gina felt sorry for Shawn-Douglas, because she looked so much like his mom that it was hard for him to think of them as two people and not one. Shawn-Douglas got a big grin and said "You look pretty."

Gina asked him "Do you feel better?" Shawn-Douglas still had the big grin and said, "Yes." Bo walked in and caught Gina with the shawl. He wanted to know what was going on. Shawn-Douglas explained, saying that he missed his mom and that he just wanted to look at her one more time. Bo felt bad for his son's loss. He didn't get upset with Shawn-Douglas or Gina.

Shawn-Douglas fell asleep at his mom's grave site. Bo had just told him that "Gina" was not his mother Hope. Bo and Gina/Hope were looking for him everywhere.

Gina/Hope found him at the gravesite. Shawn-Douglas woke-up and called Gina, "Mom". He thought that his mother had returned since he had prayed for her at her gravesite.

Shawn-D took his cousin Abby outside to see the baby birds at Marlena's funeral. Scott and Ryanne Kettner pictured here.

Shawn-D stood back with his dad and watched Aunt Maggie greet Marlena and welcome her back.

Shawn-D was happy for Belle, since now Belle would not have to grow up without a mother like he did.

Shawn-D came running in to Pub, very excited to see Gina/Hope. Kristen was talking with Gina/Hope, and they both stopped to chat with Shawn-D about baseball. Shawn-D said he had been practicing with his friend Joey. {07/20/95}

Shawn-D invited Gina/Hope to come with his Grandpa and see the game. Gina/Hope declined and Shawn-D was very disappointed. She only declined because Bo had asked her to stay away from Shawn-D. It was too confusing to him, with her looking so much like Hope and not being Hope. He said "Ok, maybe next time." {07/20/95}

Gina/Hope ended up going to Shawn-D's game with Gran. She surprised Shawn-D, but he was very concerned about her because she looked like she had been crying. She was crying, when talking to Gran about remembering her time as Shawn-D's mother. Gina was about to find out that she was Hope Williams Brady. She told Shawn-D that she just had to see him. He was happy that she came. {07/25/95}

Gran asked Shawn-D if they were winning the game. He said "no" in a really sad voice. He said he missed an easy out because his glove was broken and his dad wasn't going to buy him a new one until Christmas, since he didn't take care of this one very well. {07/25/95}

Gran said "Well, I known your father means well. He just wants you to learn to be responsible." Shawn-D grinned and said "I know." Then he hurried off back to the game. Gina/Hope said "Good luck", and then under her breath said "son." She knew she was Hope afterall. {07/25/95}

Shawn-D came back over to Gran and Hope after the game. Gina/Hope said, "You were great. You are very good." Shawn-D said, "Thanks." {07/25/95}

Shawn-D then said "I thought you didn't want to come since at the Pub you said you didn't have time. What changed your mind?" Gina/Hope said, "I wanted to come, I just didn't think I was going to have time. But it is a long story." {07/25/95}

Shawn-D looked at her and said, "I have time now." Meaning he could listen to the story why she wanted to come after all. {07/25/95}

Gina/Hope told him a story about a fairy Godmother and being able to come and see her special person anytime she wanted. At the end Shawn-D said, "And they lived happily ever after." In a way Gina/Hope was trying to tell Shawn-D that she was going to see him no matter what anyone said, because she loved him. {07/25/95}

Shawn-Douglas asks Alice for some advice. Shawn-Douglas to Alice: "Is it ok to love Gina?" Alice to Shawn-Douglas: "It's ok to love anyone that cares so much about you."

This was Scott's last scene as Shawn-Douglas Brady. It was with his mom, Gina/Hope.

This photo was taken at Scott's goodbye party. Frank Parker stated, "I will miss this young person here everyday."

Scott got lots of well wishes as he left the DAYS set only one day before Peter Reckell returned to the role of Bo.

Scott's first line was "Uncle Roman! Uncle Roman! Are my mommy and daddy here?" His last line to Gina aka Hope was "Are you ok?" Scott's favorite scenes were the christmas scenes with Santa Claus.
