Taylor and Shawn Carpenter

Caroline brought Will {Taylor} into the courtroom. Will sat up by the Judge all by himself. He was going to testify in his custody hearing.

Will {Taylor} sat and looked right at the judge as she asked him if his mommy and daddy taught him right from wrong. Will didn't say any thing he just looked at the judge.

Lucas' lawyer asked Will "Do you see your mommy in the courtroom?" Will {Taylor} looked right at Sami.

Mr. Charmain then asked Will "Do you see your daddy in the courtroom?" Will {Taylor} looked at Lucas.

Mr. Charmain then told Will {Taylor} to go give his daddy a big hug. Will ran straight to Austin. Lucas was heart broken.

Mr. Charmain said that Will {Shawn} was clearly confused about who his father was. He said that he couldn't possible say that Lucas hit him. When he thinks his father is Austin.

Austin told Will {Shawn} "You are a brave boy." Austin was proud of Will, even if he is only his Uncle.

Lucas held Will {Shawn} after court. He explained to Will that he was not going to be living with him anymore. He told him that daddy would be living at Great Grandma Alice's house.

Lucas was very upset by the lie that Sami had told. Sami showed no remorse, not even for her son, or for his father who was crying as he gave up his son. Shawn as Will

Caroline spoke with Sami and Will about the court hearing. Sami showed how proud she was about taking Will {Shawn} away from Lucas. Caroline told her if she was lying again, it would come back to her. Caroline was not happy about how Sami was acting.

Shawn was sleepy, he laid his head on Austin's shoulder. Taylor did most of the courtroom acting. When Shawn was shown, he looked sleepy.

As Sami was talking with Franco about their wedding. Will {Taylor} grabbed the plant. He pulled on one of the leaves, then let go.
