Taylor and Shawn Carpenter

Lucas finally got his son back, from Austin and Sami after they returned from hiding out. Austin and Sami were both spending time in jail. Lucas told Will {Taylor} "You are back where you belong. I have missed you so much." {5/17/99}

Lucas told Will {Taylor} "Look at all these toys I bought for you. There are so many it was hard to put them all in one room." Will just looked at the toys he had no idea where to begin. The DAYS prop people must have gone shopping in the studio attic. The little motorcycle is the same one that Bo gave to Shawn Douglas the day they brought him home from the hospital. Lucas got will ready for bed and then laid him on the couch to listen to a story. Will {Shawn} fell asleep in the middle of the story. {5/17/99}

Sami broke out of jail and came straight to Will {Taylor}. She woke him and told him it was time to get up. She was taking him away. {5/18/99}

Will {Taylor} was so excited to see his mommy. He just yelled out "Mommy." Sami told him that he had to be quiet. He said "ok." {5/18/99}

Sami got ready to walk over to the closet to get clothes for Will {Shawn} when she heard Lucas coming down the hall to check on him. {5/19/99}

When Lucas opened the door, Sami was gone and Will {Shawn} was standing by the closet door. Lucas asked "What are you doing up? Do you want something from the closet?" Will said "Mommy, I want my Mommy." Lucas wasn't sure what to say. {5/19/99}

Will {Shawn} kept saying "I want my mommy." Lucas tried to explain that he couldn't see his mommy right now. But very soon he would be able to. Lucas was very kind to Will, unlike how Sami believed Lucas was towards Will. {5/19/99}

Lucas sat Will {Shawn} on the bed and gave him a cookie and some milk and tried to explain more to him. {5/19/99}

In between taking bites of his cookie, Shawn kept saying "I want my mommy." Shawn kept looking off stage at someone, maybe his real mommy. {5/19/99}

Lucas told Will {Shawn} "Tomorrow we will have lots of fun." {5/19/99}

Lucas was acting very excited. He told Will {Shawn} "Tomorrow we will go to the amusement park with your new mom Nicole. We will have hot dogs and cotton candy. Do you like cotton candy?" Will, taking a bite of his cookie again, nodded his head yes. {5/19/99}

After Lucas left, Sami got Will up again and said "We are outta here." {5/19/99}
