Austin, Sami and Will shared a family meal at the Hudson Street Diner. Austin was telling Sami about the latest happenings at Titan. Sami reminded Will to drink his milk. Taylor did and then he wiped his mouth with his hand. {1/3/02}

Taylor didn't have much to do in this scene, so he made the best of it. He had a plate full of food, so he ate a few fries. He did a good job of following the conversation, looking at Austin when he spoke and then at Ali as she spoke. {1/3/02}

Austin must have felt like they were ignoring Will. He took a fry and zoomed it around to fly into his mouth. Will pushed it the rest of the way in. {1/3/02}

Nicole appeared and declared that there was an emergency at Titan and she needed Austin. They chatted for a while and Taylor was clearly bored. He looked down throughout the rest of the scene. {1/3/02}

Sami started to threaten Austin about him leaving. Austin covered Will's ears and said to her, "Don't give me an ultimatum." Austin is one of the only people who is sensitive to what Will hears. Sami and Lucas always spoke horribly about each other in front of him. Austin did give in and sent Nicole off to handle the situation. Nicole told Sami sarcastically to enjoy their family day. {1/3/02}

Sami started talking about Nicole. She looked at Will and reconsidered her language. She called Nicole a witch. Austin could see that he didn't like where the conversation was going. He told Will to go sit on a stool at the counter where he could color. {1/3/02}

As Taylor headed over to the stool, he stuck his tongue out. It didn't seem intentional though. He climbed up on the stool and spent his next scene in the background while Austin and Sami talked. {1/3/02}

Will returned with a picture of his family that he drew for his mommy. Taylor said his only real line of this episode. He said, "Uncle Austin, this is a picture I made for Mommy." {1/3/02}

Will looked on as Austin admired his picture. Sami thought it was so beautiful that they should celebrate. She said they should get ice cream. Will yelled, "Yeah!" They decided they'd go somewhere else for their ice cream since the mood had been ruined there. {1/3/02}
