| Elizabeth had two main storylines as Janice. The first was a love triangle with Mike and his father, Bill {Christopher Stone}. Janice, a doctor, spent a lot of time with both men at work. She dated both, but never found true happiness with either man. |  |
 | Janice and Bill stole a passionate kiss at University Hospital. |
 | Elizabeth's second storyline was unfortunately the story that lead to Janice's death. She was involved in the Riverfront Knifer storyline and was a victim of the knifer. |  |
 | Mike and Bill teamed up, despite their animosity toward one another, to try to save Janice in surgery. Even though they tried desperately to save her, she died of her knife wounds. |  |
 | Elizabeth has gone on to appear for a number of commercials, including ones for Honda, Wesson and Suave. |
