The Horton/Williams family represents the most generations of a family currently living in Salem. Alice {not pictured} is Julie's grandmother. Julie is Shawn and JT's step grandmother and aunt, meaning there are 5 generations represented in the family. {Photo by Jeff Katz, courtesy NBC}

During the summer 2001 island storyline, Shawn had to climb a cliff in his search for Alice's ruby.

Rock climbing is a passion of Jason's and is something he does regularly off-screen. It's a hobby he shared with co-star Peter Reckell.

Jason often goes climbing with his brother, Michael.

Jason was featured on SoapCenter, talking about his hobby. He took host Tanika Ray on one of his climbing trips.

Jason loves to work with his young co-stars This was a great scene of Shawn and his baby brother JT. They shared a male bonding moment. Jason played along with Joshua Rips as he laughed and adding little things in to the scene. You can see more scenes of Jason and the boys at Joshua and Jacob Rips

Jason took part in a tribute to the victims and heroes lost in the events that took place in New York, Washington D.C. and Pennsylvania, on September 11, 2001. He sang America the Beauitful along with other cast and crew members of Days of our Lives. {taped: 09/14/01 aired: 09/17/01 and 09/18/01}

In 2002, Days of Our Lives and Passions stars appeared on Weakest Link, playing for their favorite charities. Stars from Days included James Reynolds {Abe}, Jason Cook {Shawn}, Matt Cedeno {Brandon} and Alison Sweeney {Sami}. Ali and James battled in the final round and Ali took home the prize for a charity that benefits families of the California Highway Patrol. Her husband, Dave, is a CHP officer. {Photo courtesy NBC}

Jason shared another great scene with one of his young co-star. This time it was Jacob Rips in the role of JT. Shawn was having a talk with his little brother. He had just found out that little JT wasn't his biological brother. Shawn told him he would always be his brother in his heart.

Jason was a part of the biggest tear jerker storyline in soap history. It was right up there with General Hospital's Maxie and BJ heart storyline. The day the Bradys said "good-bye" to young John Thomas Brady aka JT was one of the saddest in soap history. The Bradys were featured on the cover of Soap Opera Weekly. They took one last family picture, Jason {Shawn}, Peter Reckell {Bo} and Kristian Alfonso {Hope} holding Jacob Rips {JT}.

Shawn, pictured with his Uncle Philip, and his cousin Brady. Although the head writers hardly ever acknowledge that these three are related, they are. Brady's mom (the late Isabella) is Shawn's dad's half-sister and Philip's father is Brady and Shawn's grandfather. {photo courtesy JPI}

Shawn and Belle are trying to make their love work. We're not sure if they will ever really have a relationship since everytime they get close, someone or something gets in their way. Will they ever really be the next "supercouple"?
