Roark Critchlow

Roark joined Days in 1994 as the 14th Mike Horton. He's second only to Wesley Eure in the years he's played Mike. Wesley played Mike for 7 years, while Roark is in his fifth year in the role. You can find more information on Roark on Beth's Fascinating Facts page.

Roark and his on-screen sister, Melissa Reeves {Jennifer} hung out at the 1994 Days Fan Club Luncheon. Roark had just joined the show.

Roark is best known for his love story with Carrie Brady-Reed. Roark and Christie Clark have a great friendship on screen and off.

Roark and his onscreen mom, Laura {Jaime Lyn Bauer} posed for the July photo in the 1995 Days calendar. Poor Mike had to pose with his mom because in his time in Salem up to this point, he had no romantic love interest. {Photo courtesy NBC}

Roark enjoyed playing in the annual Days basketball game sponsored by James Reynolds {Abe}.

Roark and his wife Maria have two daughters, Jara and Reign and one son, Credence.

Mike and Carrie have wanted each other for a long time. They have been through love triangles and even a quadrangle at one time. Mike went up against his own half brother Lucas Roberts for Carrie's love. Pictured to the left, clockwise from Bryan Dattilo, Austin Peck, Roark, Christie Clark and Alison Sweeney.

When the band Ricochet appeared on DAYS, Carrie Genzel (Ali), Alison Sweeney (Sami), Christie Clark (Carrie) and Roark Critchlow (Mike) hung out with them backstage.

Roark is always more than willing to pose for fans at events.

Roark is known for his goofy side. He always enjoys mugging for the camera.

During a Days PA, Roark decided to steal one of his castmate's crutches. It must have belonged to Bryan Dattilo or Drake Hogestyn.
