Stephanie Cameron took over the role of
Jennifer Rose Horton when Melissa Reeves left abruptly in late 1995.
It was very hard for Stephanie to win over the fans.

Stephanie came into the
character of Jennifer right in the middle of a storyline,
Jennifer's honeymoon with Peter Blake. Jennifer was a
difficult role for Stephanie to take over. She was never
really able to make the character her own.
Stephanie was a model before
joining Days. The role of Jennifer was her first
professional acting role.
Stephanie's first scenes as
Jennifer were with Mark Valley. She went on to have many
scenes with him as Jack.
Stephanie was on the show for
a little over 2 years. Her main storyline was basically
finishing up what Melissa Reeves started: the triangle
between Jennifer, Jack and Peter. During the time that
Stephanie was on the show she worked with two different

During her time as Jennifer,
she worked with two talented young actresses,
Paige and Ryanne Kettner,
who played Jennifer's daughter Abigail.

got to play a reunited Jack and Jennifer.
Jack, Jennifer and Abby left
for Africa to be together as a family. Steve, Stephanie,
Paige and Ryanne received a typical Days goodbye: face
cakes.
