Erica had a
goodbye party for Bianca at her penthouse. Everyone from
Pine Valley came. Each person had a special gift for Bianca.
They presented it to her in their own special way.
Opal:
Well, and, of course, everybody knows that gay Paree is the
fashion capital of the world, bar none, hmm? And so I
figured --
[laughter] Opal: That with these little berets, you gals would
just fit in perfect. Palmer: They're going to get arrested by the fashion
gendarme. Opal: Oh, you hush up, Mr. Blackwell. Oh, honey. I
have known you and loved you since were yea high, and you
are going to leave one heck of a big hole in my heart. You

Myrtle gives
Bianca a scrapbook of photos of all of the special people in
Pine Valley, including her deceased father and
grandmother.
Myrtle:
Sweetheart, for Paris. And I hope life gives you lots of
l'amour. And if maybe for, oh, just a wee minute maybe, you
feel a little homesick or -- or just a little lonely, this
will bring you straight back to the heart of Pine Valley and
all the folk who love you and Miranda, and they love you so
much.
Reggie:
Bianca, I just didn't get it. You told me a family is what
you make it. Reggie: But I watched you in action, and I realized
that a family is -- a family is giving it all you got and
never giving up. You fight for it, and, Bianca, you fought
for your family, and it paid off big time. You got little

Raymond/Joseph leaned way back in Eden's arms, smiled really
big and squealed. Rebecca spotted his move and made the same

(and his puppet): [French accent] ooh, la-la. Little
girl, come here. Miranda, come here. (Miranda isn't looking
at all.)

Miranda, who's that? (Eden's
still trying to get Raymond/Joseph to look at the puppet.)

I'll give you three guesses. The first two don't
count. Palmer:
I am Monsieur
le grouch. I'm not very happy about what is happening, no.
(Miranda must not be either...she's still avoiding that
puppet!) You and your mama going away? No. I don't like it.
I don't like it at all, Pas
du tout. But I -- I suppose I -- I will get used to it. But
you must make me a promise. (Bianca smiles, but Miranda
still seems unsure about the whole thing.) Palmer: [Normal voice] you have to promise me
that you're going to be happy. Oh, well, I know you will be,
because your mother loves you so much and you are going to
see the world again through your eyes -- oh. How wonderful
it's going to be. I love you. I do. I love you very much.
