Hillary took over the role of Alli when the character was aged slightly. She was in the role for nearly 2 years and left when the character left town with her mother. Alli's first real storyline came while Hillary was in the role. Alli had a huge crush on Jake McKinnon, even going so far as to name her turtle, Buster, after his childhood pet of the same name. Joseph and Brigitte played Sean Patrick Miller. In April 1994, Vicky gave birth to Kirkland Harrison. There was a vicious custody battle for him after his birth. Fearing that she would lose custody of her son, Vicky took Kirk and left town with him in early May. When she returned, she pawned off Sean as Kirkland {whom she had found at a clinic in San Francisco}, and tried to hide the real Kirkland from his father. Sean was actually the son of Laurie and Patrick Miller. Joseph and Brigitte are actually two children in a set of quadruplets. Here they are pictured with their siblings, Emma and Thomas. |

Evan {left} and Austin {right} were the best known infant actors in the role of Kirkland. During their time on the show, they were part of a baby switch storyline, plotted by Vicky, Kirkland's mother, who was trying to keep the child away from his father, Grant Harrison. In April 1994, Vicky gave birth to Kirkland Harrison. There was a vicious custody battle for him after his birth. Fearing that she would lose custody of her son, Vicky took Kirk and left town with him in early May. When she returned, she pawned off another baby as Kirkland {a baby she had found at a clinic in San Francisco, Sean Patrick Miller}, and tried to hide the real Kirkland from his father. When Grant discovered Vicky's dirty deed, he hatched one equally dirty. When the smoke cleared, Kirk remained with Vicky, and Grant was given liberal visitation rights. |

On the day of their wedding, Paulina {Judi Evans} headed to the community center, trying to locate Jake {Tom Eplin}. He was helping Vicky plot the baby switch. They figured if they switched another baby with Kirkland, Grant could raise the other baby, thinking it was his son, and Vicki could escape with the real Kirkland. Paulina left the community center and found a baby in the backseat of her car, seemingly abandoned. She immediately felt attached to the baby {who was really Kirkland} and she and Jake felt they couldn't deal with the situation that day because their wedding guests were waiting. So, they took the baby to the church saying they were just babysitting. Friends watched the baby during the ceremony, but then of course it was time for the honeymoon. Still not wanting to leave the baby, Paulina insists that they take him on their honeymoon. They do, but that means they can only go as far as the Cory cabin.
