When Jay took over the role of Lucas, the character was de-aged. Lucas was born in 1989, yet he's still only 8 or 9. |

Emma and Sarah Smith enjoy the time they spend on the set and with their castmates. Onscreen mom, Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis) says, "These kids are so cute; everybody just adores them." The girls are also crazy about onscreen dad Maurice Benard (Sonny). In a recent scene, one of them refused to go to her "mom" as directed, but headed straight to her "dad" so Maurice would pick her up. |

Emma and Sarah attended Nancy Lee Grahn's fan club event in July 2004. The theme was "the '50s," so the girls arrived dressed as car hops. The event was on their second birthday, so Nancy presented them with a cake. One of them poked her finger in the cake and fed some to Rick Hearst when he asked for a bite. {photo on left by Jim Warren, 8/3/04 SOD; photo on right courtesy SOW 8/3/04} |

Kristina and Sonny ran into each other once again. (They last met in the hospital, outside the nursery). This time it was outside Kelly's. Sonny asked her where her mommy was. Kristina pointed and said, "Mommy here?" About that time, Kristina's nanny appeared from inside Kelly's, saying how fast she wanders off. Sonny and the nanny talked about having little girls. Sonny said he only had little boys. Of course he still has no idea that this little girl is his. |

Jacob joined the cast of "Party of Five" in its 5th Season. In the new season, Owen felt left out by the coming of his new baby niece Diana. He had troubling adjusting to the newest Salinger. He thought that his big brother Charlie had no time for him anymore. He would rather stay at Bailey's than at home. A custody battle and learning problems were two key storylines during Jacob's tenure as Owen. It was the first time Owen really had stories of his own. {photos courtesy www.po5.co.uk} |

Danica took over the role of Maxie when they aged the character a bit. The new Maxie is a bit rebellious, as you can tell by the look on her face. She has quite an attitude when dealing with her mother. |
