Unknown Twins played the role of baby Noah from birth until he left the hospital. Noah was a very ill infant. He was born prematurely with lots of complications. It was touch and go for a long time with him. The unknown twins weren't shown up close very often, because mainly a doll was in the hospital crib. |

Samantha and Zachary were the first in a long line of recasts for this young character Noah. Y&R wanted Noah to stay little, since he was so ill when he was born, so they recast the role with children younger than the character. Sharon and Nick were very happy to be parents, although Noah wasn't shown very often. |
